Production Coordinator

1. To check and verify the daily scrap of extrusion, printing & cutting section. 2. To extract/file master sample for production use. 3. To prepare the labels for production use in accordance the production job sheet. 4. To control and maintain the register of stationary, tools and usage by factory worker. 5. To update all the relevant information into the Master Record using Excel system. 6. To update the formula revision file. 7. To update the operation report (fill in price and finished goods then filling). 8. To monitoring the stock card (resin/ink/masterbatch/paper core) by daily, weekly and monthly basis. 9. To prepare the production department monthly consumption report (stationary). 10. To prepare monthly sales analysis report for Manager to review. 11. To carry out other duties and responsibilities that the Manager may assign you to do 12.
