Production Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Production Coordinator oversees all aspects of event production, from audiovisual setup to logistics coordination.
This position involves managing equipment, liaising with vendors, coordinating manpower, and ensuring a smooth setup, execution, and post-event reporting.Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with company partners and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and setup.
• Manage the on-ground logistics, including build-up and dismantling, in accordance with event timelines, along with allocation of manpower ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
• Liaise with venue representatives, ensuring compliance with venue policies, safety standards, laws of the land and relevant regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues during events, ensuring minimal disruption and client satisfaction.Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field and/or minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination or a related role in the events industry.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with equipment and event production logistics.
