Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervising
Plan, schedule, monitor, and follow up closely on production performance.
Communicate and coordinate between Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery on time.
Compliance & Safety:
Prepare reports in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards ISO13485:2016.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Leadership Guidance:
Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution.
Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
Qualifications & Skills:
1 to 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Adequate communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A team player.
Preferred:
Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams such as procurement, production, and logistics.
Experience with planning software, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Knowledge in ISO13485:2016 may be an advantage.
