**Production Director**Company Background: Solar Tracker System ManufacturerSalary Range: Basic MYR15,000 - MYR20,000Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8am to 5:30pmLocation: Senai, Johor.Benefit: Lunch provided- Organize the establishment and improvement of the production command system, compile production plans, check production work, and ensure the completion of production tasks.- According to the production operation plan, master the production schedule, do a good job in the coordination of various workshops, organize and allocate labor, and balance the scheduling of equipment materials.- Regularly hold regular production meetings, analyze the production situation, propose solutions and measures to solve problems, and ensure the complete completion of various production technical indicators.- Responsible for the technical and quality assurance work in production, organize and solve problems in a timely manner, and improve the production process.- Regularly report to the boss on the work in charge and complete other tasks assigned by him.- Lead and manage the production line maintenance department to maintain the basic equipment of the production line to ensure that the production site can produce normally and the equipment is in good condition.- Supervise and regularly hold relevant meetings, find problems, analyze the reasons, and take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the department.- Implement the company's cost control goals, actively reduce the various costs of the factory, and continuously reduce production costs under the premise of increasing output and ensuring quality.- Organize the training of subordinates, put forward training needs, ensure that they continue to adapt to the needs of their posts, and train key personnel.- Implement the company's safety management rules and regulations to ensure zero accidents in the workshop;- Regularly host regular production system meetings; convene company production work meetings; attend general manager office meetings and other important meetings.- Master the quality status in the production process at any time, coordinate the communication and cooperation between various departments, and solve the problems in production in a timely manner.- Responsible for organizing and formulating the internal organization setting and internal management plan of each department of production, technology, supply, electromechanical, and quality to improve management efficiency.- Follow the company: enterprise spirit, business philosophy, quality policy, market philosophy,- Cooperate with the implementation and complete the tasks assigned by the leaders**Requitements**:- Min Diploma Cert in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering field- 10 years in Metal Stamping or Metal relevant manufacturing industry- With managerial experiences**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Metal Stamping or Metal: 10 years (required)
