Improve production efficiency, quality, and safety through continuous improvement initiativesManage production schedules and coordinate resources to meet manufacturing targets.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Oversee equipment operation and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance.Maintain product quality by working closely with the quality team and resolving issues.Monitor production metrics and prepare performance reports.Diagnose and resolve production-related problems.Control production costs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
