Production Engineer

Continuously improve production efficiency and assist in establishing and optimizing the training system.Arrange production schedules according to the production plan.Manage personnel compliance with company and departmental discipline, work instructions, and procedures.Develop training materials and plans and conduct training sessions independently for new staff.Promote and implement 5S practices, safety production, and other continuous improvement activities. Assist shift leaders in analyzing and resolving production issues.Oversee the control of material consumption to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.Maintain quality system standards and ensure compliance with ISO ******** , ISO ******** , ISO ******** standards in routine work.Drive initiatives to continually improve production efficiency and quality.Work towards reaching targets set by the company and report progress regularly.Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Operation Manager
