Production Engineer Internship

-Assist production team members in performing daily manufacturing tasks, including assembly, packaging, and quality control 


-Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WI) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements 


-Learn to operate and maintain production equipment and machinery under the guidance of experienced operators 


-Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and suggesting process improvements 


-Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes 


-Learn about equipment troubleshooting and repair procedures, and assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime 


-Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and material handling activities, including the movement of raw materials and finished goods 


-Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines, reporting progress and findings to supervisors

; Requirements:-


-Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or diploma program in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 


- Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes 


-Excellent teamwork and communication skills 


-Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly 


-Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and practices is a plus. 


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
