Responsibilities:Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
Supervise operators and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate material availability.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and safety protocols are followed.
Prepare production reports and share updates with management.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
Production Planning and Production Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Quality Control expertise
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
