Production Executive

Responsible for daily operation and manpower arrangement.- Ensure smooth operation of the production lines according to standard and targets.- Realize agreed production plan by follow up the production outcome, identify deviations from plans, prioritize and re-allocate required resources within the department.- Maintain and strengthen safety culture, procedure, and guideline in production.- Liaise with Maintenance team for any machine breakdown and improvement tasks.- Develop competent production teams that work well together and according to standard.- Assist and support in achieve yearly cost targets (OEE, man-hour efficiency, material yield, energy efficiency etc.- Assist and support in production trial run and meet products specification.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: From RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Early shiftAbility to Relocate:- Gelang Patah: Relocate before starting work (required)
