Production Executive (Packaging) (Prefer Mandarin

Responsible for daily operation and manpower arrangement.- Ensure smooth operation of the production lines according to standard and targets- Realize agreed production plan by follow up the production outcome, identify deviations from plans, prioritize and re-allocate required resources within the department- Maintain and strengthen safety culture, procedure, and guideline in production- Liaise with Maintenance team for any machine breakdown and improvement tasks- Develop competent production teams that work well together and according to standard- Assist and support in achieve yearly cost targets (OEE, man-hour efficiency, material yield, energy efficiency etc.- Assist and support in production trial run and meet products specification**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
