Production Executive

• Supervise planning division, maintenance, incoming store and production
section. (as per organization chart)
• Lead the team members in the production in accordance with work
instructions and company policy to ensure a quality product delivered on
time.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as
required by law and company policy.
• Recommend process improvements and cost reduction to enhance
production quality and capacity.
• Coaches and provides technical expertise to resolve processing issues,
creates and ensures correction and corrective action are implemented.
• Monitoring and follow up the production progress in accordance with the
production schedule.
To responsible for the machine utilization rate is in maximum.To implement and maintain a 6S good house keeping practices, process
control and continuous improvement.
Identify subordinate training needs.To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 QMS.To enhance the achievement of departmental key performance indicator.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior
from time to time.
