Production Executive

Position:Production Executive
Department:Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Employment Type:Full time
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall production performance including production efficiency, wastage, usage variance, and material efficiency.
Propose actions needed to improve the production process to ensure production meets targets.
Prepare and present daily reports to the Production Manager.
Monitor the production process to ensure production runs according to specifications.
Ensure production can meet order fulfillment.
Supervise and motivate subordinates in day-to-day operations.
Assist superiors in updating ISO/FSSC/HACCP master documents.
Execute and control daily activity schedules as planned by superiors.
Requirements:
Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn, adaptability, problem-solving, reporting, and independence.
Possess good communication skills with superiors and subordinates.
