Production Executive

Responsibilities:
Supervise planning division, maintenance, incoming store, and production section (as per organization chart).
Lead team members in production in accordance with work instructions and company policy to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy.
Recommend process improvements and cost reduction to enhance production quality and capacity.
Coach and provide technical expertise to resolve processing issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor and follow up on production progress in accordance with the production schedule.
Ensure maximum machine utilization rate.
Implement and maintain 6S good housekeeping practices, process control, and continuous improvement.
Identify subordinate training needs.
Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 QMS.
Enhance the achievement of departmental key performance indicators.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
