Responsibilities:Schedule/plan production activities based on the customer order.
Check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
Initiate purchase of specific packaging materials.
Ensure production schedule meets the delivery date.
Liaise with the purchasing department and marketing department on issues of delivery of packaging/raw materials and the availability of finished goods for sales orders respectively.
Liaise with QC personnel on issues of quality, testing, or validation matters.
Ensure production processes and the packing of goods are carried out in accordance with GMP procedures.
Ensure finished goods are produced on time for sales orders.
Conduct audit checks and in-house training programs on issues such as safety and GMP matters.
Perform other job function(s) as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.
Requirements:Tertiary or Diploma education.
Have 5-6 years relevant work experience.
Familiar with GMP and ISO Quality Systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
