Production Executive

Job Description
Work closely with the creative director, head of product, and designers.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers locally and overseas.
Develop, order, and track samples from in-house samples to first sample and PP sample.
Ensure model samples for photoshoots in requested sizes are available by the given date.
Communicate with vendors on timing and actions for current samples/bulk.
Track adjustments made at weekly garment fittings by taking notes from the fitting session and taking required actions afterward.
Process purchase orders following the production timeline and launch date.
Follow up with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Minimize problems/issues in the production stages.
Ensure all tasks are completed by scheduled deadlines.
Monitor bulk shipments and update bulk packing lists for the operations team.
Receive orders and fill out purchase orders after negotiations are completed.
Negotiate cost prices and arrange invoices accordingly with the finance department.
Send purchase orders by providing all required information prior to the order.
Sourcing new suppliers, fabrics, trimmings, accessories, and ready-made products.
Handle merchandise (bags, shoes, scarves) accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the product development process.
Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical.
Problem solver/critical thinker.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferably a Mandarin Speaker.
Great team player.
