_**Qualification**_- Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science or equivalent- 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.- **Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply**- **Skills**_- Good leadership.- Analytical, logical and organized- Good communication skills both verbal and written.- Computer literate to handle Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point- Strong leadership and good in managing workers to up hold productivity.- Able to work with all levels within the organization- Basic/Good knowledge in glove manufacturing- **Job Responsibilities;**_- To assist the Production Manager in managing overall production activities including the manufacturing performance, workforce deployment, training and development of production personnel, machine line's maintenance, overall workplace's housekeeping and new product/new process method development by the following means:- To ensure all manufacturing processes are correctly implemented according to our standard operating procedures and work instructions, in compliance to the requirement of ISO9001 & ISO13485.- Assist the Production Manager to compile, report and review key performance indexes of the production sections. Execute corrections on non-conformances and follow-up with corrective actions and/or preventive actions.- Participate in trouble-shooting and initiate effective action plans in conjunction with the Production Manager.- Work closely with the Production Officers/Supervisors to ensure all relevant operation activities which are affecting production quality, quantity & productivity are in good control.- Execute strategies to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S practices at work place.- Work hand in hand with the Production Manager in planning, scheduling and maintaining the glove dipping machine lines and other plant supporting equipments/ operation tools to reduce machine and equipment downtime.- Plan and oversee the training, coaching/counseling and deployment of workforce to support Production's needs.- Support all R&D activities relating to quality improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.- To perform any job/task as per instruct by superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
