To assist Manager to oversee the overall performance and maintenance of the factory tools and machinery. To monitor and responsible of the daily handling of scrap/ recycle processes. To monitor the daily scrap control of the production department. To ensure good maintenance of house keeping work of the machinery and the cleanliness of the factory premises. To monitor on Environmental , Health, Safety and overall housekeeping. To foster good teamwork and co-operation to meet food safety and quality objectives. To liaise with planning, maintenance and quality department for production purposes. To carry out other duties and responsibilities that the Manager may assign you to do. Assist in establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating safety and quality management system. Report matters concerning product safety and quality to team leader and top management. Responsible for production activities and production control. Responsible for plant, processes and product security. Responsible for emergency cases and handling of incidents. Ensure proper storage of scheduled waste. Assist on training for operators on product quality, and health & safety. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
