Production Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily production planning to achieve production targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the production team members in all aspects for optimum production output.
Ensure production's quality and safety standards comply with the organization's goals.
Liaise with other departments for process, product, and quality improvement.
Be part of audit teams (FSSC 22000, Internal Audit).
Execute any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
Perform daily SAP posting.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic or Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent.
Must be able to work long hours.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to work as a team.
Knowledge of GMP and FSSC 22000 would be an advantage.
