About the roleHerbal Science Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of natural health supplement products, is seeking a talented Production Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality products.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Liaise with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to optimize resource utilization and minimize production downtime
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Provide training and mentorship to production team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production-related challenges and drive innovative solutions
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Science (Food Technology) or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in a pharmaceutical and health food processing will be an advantage
Possess own transport
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant production management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for continuous improvement and a track record of driving operational excellence
