Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ??????????Oversee the production process and supervise the worker ??????????Decide what resources are required. ????????????Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. ??????????????Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs. ???????????????????Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals. ????????????????Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. ?????????Review worker performance.   REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS ????????SPM?????Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. ????5????(??????????)?????At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Production management of furniture manufacturing) is required for this position. ?????(???????/??????)???????(?????)?Fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken & Written). ???????????????Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. ????????Excellent organizational skills.
