Responsibilities:
Responsible for matching usage and stock for production material, work in progress, and finished goods: material MSRF control, stock control, material follow-up, and supply adequate for Air Filter, ECO Filter, Big Element, Fuel Filter, and Motorcycle Production.
Responsible for components items plan and tally with production requirements: filter component parts stock and MSRF control.
Assist PPC superiors to plan and control entire production activities: stock control, production usage monitoring, and issue MSRF for approval.
Scope of Duties:
Person in charge of all steel material, filter paper, PU material, related glue items, and rubber part MSRF and review before submitting for management approval.
Assist Production Planning & Control HOD to collect production-related stock and output data while suggesting action plans to be taken during issues.
Assist Production Planning & Control HOD in receiving, distribution, and processing of sales orders.
Assist Production Planning & Control colleagues in generating Packing Draft and fulfilling status updates.
Present reports in Production Planning & Control (PPC) meetings.
Control and ensure 5S of the working place is in good condition.
Suggest improvements in all scopes that are beneficial to the company.
Perform any other duties assigned by department superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering is added advantage.
1 year experience in manufacturing planning or Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
Required skills: Management, Interpersonal.
Must be proficient in English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably candidate specialized in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent.
Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desire to learn new knowledge.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning, Selangor.
