Production Planner Ii

Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish production build and completion plan per customer demand (given from CBO).
Ensure customer shipment is met and coordinate with CBO on crating times.
Track and monitor production progress and update the build status into the production plan.
Ensure WO is released per planned and close upon completion of the manufacturing process.
Manage Materials AOS (CTB) and highlight any AOS risk upfront for necessary actions on risk mitigation.
Able to anticipate risk and act upfront on risk mitigation (e.g., work around).
Work closely with the materials team to expedite critical shortage parts ETA status.
Act as the first contact or production representative of CCB/ECO management, advising the production team on ECO cut-in dates and delivery commitment plans.
Update OPS KPI - OTD, WIP Inventory, shipment risk summary, and mitigation actions.
Support other tasks and production analysis reports as assigned by the departmental manager/HOD.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Materials, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Able to multitask and be task-oriented.
