Production Planning & Control Executive

Responsibility The production planner is responsible for planning and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company's productive capacity as well as managing inventory levels.Issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule. Requirement A recognized Degree in any fieldFresh graduates are welcome to applyWorking experience in Production Planning or in Manufacturing will be an added advantageKnowledge in MRP, inventory managementUnderstanding of production operations, including production flow for the different processesGood analytical skills, strong interpersonal skillsNegotiation skillsExcellent in computer skills, Excel spreadsheet Job Description Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks with the plan completion time to meet customer order and generates work order based from the schedules.Managing and controlling stock levels for respective models.Generate forecasts and process purchase requisition for raw from the approved vendors. The forecasts are to be email to all vendors respectively monthly.The planner must use lead-time information to ensure that materials are received in a timely manner for production needs and verify the receipt.Monitor the performance of vendors.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.Determine root causes for part shortages & implement permanent corrective action.Production achievement reports.
