Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop production schedule to ensure that production outputs meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor closely on production plan vs. actual output to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate promptly with Production and Purchasing regarding changes to the production schedule.
• Update and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Set daily targets for every production process, allocate manpower based on UPH, and manage WIP to a safe level.
• Provide visibility and reporting while tracking output and performance metrics.
• Develop improvements to close the gap between targeted and actual results.
• Issue job orders (JO) to production and ensure they close on time and properly according to the JO quantity, rectifying any variance.
• Adhere to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
QualificationsRequirement:
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in production planning and process control in a manufacturing-related industry.
- Required Skills:
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Friendly and outspoken personality, proactive, with a strong initiative to improve and motivate others to achieve goals or find solutions, and possess a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficient in Excel formulation (i.e., Vlookup, If, Sumifs, Countifs, iferror, etc.).
• Familiar with the use of ERP systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and on odd hours when necessary.
Additional Information• Transport Allowance: RM100
• Phone Allowance: RM50
• 13th month salary (August) and performance bonus (January)
• Annual increment subject to company and employee performance (July)
• Public Holidays: 18 days per year with replacement if they fall on off/rest days.
• Annual leave entitlement:
Below 2 years - 12 days
2 to 5 years – 14 days
5 years - 16 days
• Clinical expenses at company panel (Red Alert) cover employee only, limited to RM600 per year, RM60 per visit.
• Group Hospitalization & Surgical insurance benefits cover employee only:
- BM150 for Executive, annual limit RM40K
- BM200 for Manager, annual limit RM60K
• Group Personal Accident Insurance & Group Term Life Insurance:
- RM50,000 for Executive
- RM150,000 for Manager
• Prolonged illness benefit.
• Dental / Vision / Medical Check-up – RM200 per year
• Birthday leave – 1 day upon confirmation
