Overseeing production floor activities in ensuring production output meeting schedule plan and driving manufacturing process activities in the companyResponsibilitiesProduction:
• Oversee daily production output to ensure it aligns with customer delivery schedules.
• Manage daily production reports, analyzing data and developing action plans to address any deviations.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily crushing and mixing activities to maintain process integrity.
• Control material loss on the production floor, aligning with KPI targets and continuously seeking improvement.
• Plan and review production schedules to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
• Lead 5S initiatives on the production floor, fostering a safe and organized work environment.
Process:
• Conduct and oversee process time studies, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for streamlined workflows from raw material intake to final delivery.
• Strategically plan and implement efficient workflows and methods to maximize machine and manpower utilization, reduce manufacturing lead times, and manage stock levels.
• Drive continuous quality improvements through a systematic and structured approach.
• Lead improvement projects in line with strategic goals, as directed by the General Manager.
• Apply and manage LEAN methodologies, including line balancing, one-piece flow, waste elimination, value stream mapping, standardized work, 5S, SMED, and Kanban/JIT, to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering or any related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills for working with internal teams, cross functions, customers and suppliers.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details in reviewing product drawing, specifications and documentation.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing or related field is required for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
