This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for all the production process routine such as chemical sub divide as per Bill of Material (BOM), chemical mixing process, packaging, output inspection, washing and cleaning.
Responsible for raw material drying, dilution and packing.
Responsible for drum manufacturing.
Responsible for maintaining the production instrument and site cleanliness and 5S Practice.
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and systems.
Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with the production team to implement process enhancements.
Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Any ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
Have a minimum qualification at least SPM/STPM/relevant technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering or manufacturing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
Proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A team player with the ability to work independently, fast learner, multitasking, high discipline, committed, motivated, able to work under pressure, positive-minded and emotionally strong.
Advantageous for individuals who are ready to be hired.
Applicant must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
Process own vehicle.
Required for full-time position.
