Production Section Head/Station Manager

-Planning and organizing production schedules, responsibility for product output, product quality and on-time shipping.
-Assessing project and resource requirements
-Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
-Determining quality control standards
-Overseeing production processes
-Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
-Liaising with purchaser
-Supervising the work of junior staffs
-Organizing relevant training sessions
Requirements
-Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in the manufacturing environment. (SPM/STPM level also can)
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Below 5 years also can)
-Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production/Construction Operations or equivalent
-Positive attitude, interpersonal & communication skill, leadership and managing, problem solving skills, time management.

Mon – Thu
8:30am – 6pm
Friday
8:30am – 6:30pm

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
