Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen)

**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with superior on daily production planning- Manage daily staff workflow, prepare and plan staff schedule- Work together with Procurement Department on raw material replenishment to ensure smooth production- Perform stock receiving- Assist staff in production work- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance- Perform verification of production output according to SOP- Supervise and coach staff- Perform check on raw material according to specifications- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required**Job Requirements**:- At least 1 year working experience in Food Production/ Central Kitchen or equivalent- Computer literate is an added advantage- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Good interpersonal, communication skills and good team player- Able to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- TipsAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Central Kitchen: 3 years (preferred)
