Production Supervisor (Chinese Speaker/5 Days/High Salary/Senai)Working Location:Senai
Working Hours:Monday to Friday (7am to 5pm)
Salary:up to RM4k - RM6k (depends on last drawn & experiences)

Responsibilities:
Carry out and complete production plans on schedule utilizing the resources given.
Coordinating with relevant supporting department personnel for materials planning.
Monitoring the production processes and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).
Execution of food safety controls and policies, as well as GMP practices, maintaining the cleanliness & good housekeeping of the working environment, and filling up and submitting forms and records as per requirement.
To lead and motivate the production workers.
Provide adequate training and guidance to the production workers and conduct counseling and disciplinary action whenever necessary.
Monitoring and upkeep of the conditions of the production machinery.
Report any abnormality for maintenance before causing any disruption to the production.
Requirements:
Related working experience as Production Supervisor min 2-5 years.
Good planning and attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work in factory production environment.
HALAL certified is advantageous.
Able to communicate in Mandarin Language would be an added advantage.
