Production Supervisor

1.0 Monitor workers discipline and performance at workplace.
1.1 Fill up all the records properly and correctly.
1.2 Verify the sample defects after QA buy off and perform trouble shooting.
1.3 Ensure the equipment, devices and machine functioning well.
Report to superior if have problem.
1.4 Ensure all the process parameter within the specification.
1.5 Plan and organize duty roster for workers.
1.6 Train operators and ensure they carry out work properly and safely.
1.7 Practice good housekeeping at workplace.
1.8 Report to Production Executive, Assistant Manager and Manager on overall production on daily basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
