Production Supervisor

Supervising operations within a facility to achieve targets on higher output, compliance with food safety and professional standards.
Assisting the factory manager with daily operations and arranging the production schedule.
Preparing reports for the factory manager and liaising with department leaders, QC, and store personnel to support planned goals.
Maintaining good communication between workers and the factory manager to ensure procedures and policies are well understood.
Maintaining good housekeeping, proper hygiene, and sanitary practices to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Involving in and responding to daily machinery maintenance and recording breakdown diagnoses of machinery.
Implementing strict control of workers' disciplinary matters such as attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower allocation.
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources is sufficient before production commences.
Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.
Providing effective guidance, support, and training for workers to upgrade their skills and competencies.
REQUIREMENTS
SPM and above
At least 2-3 years of experience in the food manufacturing field.
Good organization, leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Preferable languages: Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
