Production Supervisor(Rubber Compression

**Responsibilities**:- To supervise Rubber Compression Molding, Compounding Rubber Materials and Liquid Silicone Rubber(LSR) production department. Oversee and manage day to day operations of the Production Department.- Lead a large team of production operatos in machine and secondary process department.- Manage & ensure all orders are fulfilled with required lead time, quality and cost.- To work as a team with other departments such as QA, Engineering, and Project team to ensure parts produced meet the required quality, lead time and cost.- Manage and maintain all machinery, equipment and tools in the Production Dept.**Job Requirement**:- MUST have experience in Rubber Compression Molding, Compounding Rubber Materials or Liquid Silicone Rubber(LSR)- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, prerably in Rubber/Plastic industry- Good perople management, supervisory, planning and organising skill- Must be able to perform shift duty on rotational basis
