Production Technical Executive

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor the productivity and product yield of the production team.Troubleshoot product issues, particularly with cakes and bread.Enhance the skills of the product team to improve efficiency.Suggest improvements regarding product application and delivery schedules to ensure high-quality products for customers.Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and address technical needs for new product introductions.To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.  JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Proven at least 2 years' experience in Pastry, Bakery and Kitchen or a related F&B industry. Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in bakery and cook techniquesGood communication skills and a team player. Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel & word).
