Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:
Your ResponsibilitiesAssist Supervisor or Line Leader to ensure production smooth running with minimum problem.
Ensure to achieve the target output given by management.
Able to work in the team by the same direction to achieve departmental KPI.
Perform basic troubleshooting and monitoring production machine.
Support Engineer to perform the project assigned by management.
Ensure compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work or production area.
Your ProfileDiploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable.
Knowledge of analysis data, measurement test and Microsoft Office are added advantages.
Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills.
Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
