PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN Job description: Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continuous productionTooling change and System recordFollow up daily Machine OutputRun Machine based on Planning by leader/SupervisorDo Quality Control as per drawingUnderstand Design Layout and Tool SequenceAble to read and understand Part DrawingUnderstand GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerancing)To maintain the Machine by performing planned preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and efficient response to Machine breakdownsCarry out planned preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot machine problems with minimum downtimeUnderstand SPC and process capability (Cp & CPk)Raise E-JR for any breakdown MC related with FFDFollow work instructions on planned activities and report concerns with any instructions to SupervisorRequirement: Candidate must possess Sijil Kemahiran/Diploma in Mechanical/Machining or equivalentAt least 2 years experience in manufacturing (prefer Autolathe , CNC milling & Turning Process) environment.The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. PRODUCTION OPERATOR Job description: Running machine based on  schedule Loading material to machines Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Performing other tasks as assigned. Requirement: PMR or certificate in related fields At least 1 year related experienceBasic knowledge of CAM, CNC and/or CG machines Reading and understanding of technical 2D drawings Experience operating manufacturing machinery. Available for shift work.
