What you'll be doing
Preparing a variety of coffee-based drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and mocha, using professional equipment and techniques
Offering friendly and knowledgeable customer service, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
Assisting with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies as needed
Contributing to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the cafe through your positive attitude and passion for the craft of coffee making
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Barista or similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
Excellent knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and beverage preparation
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a consistently positive customer experience
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
