B. Duties and Responsibilities 1.1 Lead and manage the quotation process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough outcome evaluation.
1.2 Oversee product start-up initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across relevant departments.
1.3 Facilitate coordination among all pertinent departments to fulfil customer requirements and delivery commitments.
1.4 Conduct regular internal meetings to review and enhance quality and delivery performance, offering coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
1.5 Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to monitor the progress of customer models effectively.
1.6 Engage in ongoing communication with customers to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement efforts.
1.7 Support the development and expansion of existing and new accounts.
1.8 Manage, monitor, and evaluate projects in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
1.9 Prepare and present quarterly cost update reports to the Head of Business Development (HOBD) and Marketing Leadership (ML), offering insights and updates on project status and customer satisfaction.
C. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or program management role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, overseeing project start-ups, and leading cross-functional teams.D.
