Responsibilities:Responsible for receiving customer inquiry (RFQ), in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate review process, and to assist in the provision of relevant information required for quotations, timely follow-up and feedback to the customer of quotations progress; follow-up customer feedback on the quotations;
Responsible for receiving customer orders (PO), making confirmation and order arrangement on time, assisting in the order review process, and providing timely feedback to the customer;
Follow up on production and delivery status, timely communicate with PMC, Production department, Supply Chain department and other related departments to solve related shipment issues.
If there is any problem, provide timely feedback to the customers;
Work together with Project Engineers to follow up on the project status, assist the Project Engineers in promoting the progress of the project, and ensure that the project is carried out as scheduled;
Convey customer complaints to the company's other related departments and follow up on the processing status, especially dealing with related departments handling customer complaints for quality, delivery, service, or other issues;
Assist Marketing & Finance Department in completing the verification of accounts receivable;
Participate in or lead internal or external meetings for all project or product-related matters (Internal meetings and Tele/Video conference calls), making relevant preparations in advance and following up after the meeting to resolve unfinished matters;
Accompany and guide customers during their visits, complete all preparations in advance, and promptly follow up on any related matters;
Visit customers and develop new projects;
Evaluate suppliers as needed to assist the purchaser in managing the customer's designated secondary suppliers;
Send holiday greetings and personal blessings to customers;
Issue Customer Satisfaction Survey Questionnaires and follow up on the results;
Handle daily related work, ensuring the timeliness and efficiency of business processes;
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualification & Experience:Degree in International Business or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Plastic Injection, Medical Device, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of International Business and project management.
Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and other office software.
Good negotiation skills, meticulous, initiative, responsible, and self-motivated.
