As a Program Manager at NI, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and addressing business concerns of some of our largest, most important Semiconductor & Electronics customers around the world.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Act as primary contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle and negotiate scope/schedule changes.
Ensure successful delivery of projects including DUT migration and large complex Semiconductor & Electronics Test Solutions with a clear plan to deliver on schedule, and optimize cost to stay within budget.
Ensure successful execution of a portfolio of complex opportunities.
Align internal R&D, Customer Centric Solution (CCS) team execution and partner delivery with customer needs and Business Unit's strategic objectives?.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new project.
Collaborate with CCS manager to ensure appropriate staffing on projects.
Develop Statement of Work (SOW) with partners, vendors and customers.
Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery.
Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
including, but not limited to, senior executive management.
Proactively anticipate and resolve partner concerns, ensuring minimal problems and customer complaints.
Mediate and influence discussions outcome and drives timely key business decisions.
Improve & optimize cross organizational responsibilities and interlocks for opportunity pursuit across different functional group and customer facing organizations.

For This Role, You Will Need: + years' experience in Technical Project Management of product, system, or solution development Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
Strong cross functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence.
Strong technical and executive communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of individuals.
