Programme Administrator

Responsibilities:
Drives and coordinates with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
Work with production teams to drive sales orders and schedules for all customer products.
Works closely with technical, production, and material departments to facilitate the build of customer products through the entire process.
Outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.
Assist with all administrative functions including, but not limited to sales order maintenance, requests for information, quoting, organizing customer meetings, maintaining customer files, NPI/FAI build readiness checklist, customer ECN/TDN request performance, etc.
Ensure that the performance on key business metrics achieves business objectives such as revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, etc.
Customer reporting.
Receive customer requests and prepare documents related to processing returns, record and report the status of returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes of product pricing, and resolve return credit problems.
Requirements:
Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Office Hours:Monday - Friday
