Programme Executive

We are seeking a Programme Executive to join our team in managing exchange student placements and support services in the AFS Antarabudaya Malaysia National Office. The Programme Executive will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration and well-being of exchange students, as well as fostering positive relationships with our stakeholders including host families, sending families, schools and partner organizations among others

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, communications or international relations.


-1-3 years of experience in education management, or related fields.


-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.


-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


-Cultural sensitivity and empathy towards the needs and experiences of exchange students and host families.


-Proficiency in English and Malay languages, both written and spoken.


-Preferably male candidates   


-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak exchange periods.
