Project Admin Executive (Construction)

Project Admin is responsible for assisting the Project Executive and taking lead on specific project activities & cost control.Duties and responsibilities: To issue quotation and attend to customer enquiries/issue and work together with project executive.To prepare claim, follow up and proper documentation over the project.To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects within set timeline as well as in accordance with approved specification and quality deliverables.Responsible to all project's correspondence and documentations All other duties and tasks assigned.Requirement: At least 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good communication skills Able to meet tight deadline Able to work in a team as well as independently Working hour: 5½ days week (8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-2pm) Located in Jalan Bagan Lallang, Butterworth.
