Project Admin

As a Project Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Coordinating project meetings and taking minutes
Maintaining project schedules and tracking progress
Communicating with clients and stakeholders
Preparing project reports and documentation
Managing project budgets and expenses
Assisting with project planning and resource allocation
Organizing and maintaining project files and records
Providing administrative support to project managers as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
At least a diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: Up to RM4k
