Project Administrator

Position SummaryProject Administer supports Project Commercial Engineer to ensure full utilization of the SAP system within the Company as well as the provision of support to all staff within the Company as well as sister companies.**Responsibilities**:Major ResponsibilitiesAppointed as SAP Administrator for PS module with responsibility to operate the business management process:- 1.1. Assist in the operation of the below mattersPlanning of material, man-hours, general cost are properly carried out according to original sales budget.- Ensuring new project hedging of foreign currency is done- Generate Project Purchase Requisition for Procurement Team.- Cost control reports are updated for cost monitoring purposes.- . BIW report are updated- Monthly project review reports are updated- AR report are updated- Confirmation of correct hours and capturing of all project hours.- Issuing project billing as per required by project manager.- Providing supporting documents and compilation of data in support of project billing.- Project Closing Report for project improvement.- Participate in PS module upgrading.1.2. Support on the following matters:- Collect BG & LC information- Communicate with HUB for the BG & LC issuance and extension.1.3. Other assigned duties as requiredSecondary Function- Provide project management support as required by Project Department.- Scheduling and preparing presentation material for meetings.- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.- Distribution of latest revision documentation to all intended users.- Maintaining the documentation database (document management system) to ensure fast retrieval of documents and control the document flows.- Provides input in preparing document submission status report.- Archiving of project records.Required qualificationsDiploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.Required languages (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaFair knowledge in SAP system
