Open Position: Project Administrator (MNC Piping Solutions Company) A MNC Piping Solutions Company is looking for Project Administrator to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include: ·       Coordinate project activities by maintaining and updating project schedules, managing project documentations, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team.
·       Work closely with fabrication and supply chain team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
·       Coordinate in project materials purchase, working closely with logistics team on materials arrival planning and communicate to related parties.
·       Create project presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
·       Project sharepoint administration, structure project files and ensure good filing.
·       Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
·       1-3 years of working in fast paced project execution environment.
·       Fresh graduates with strong capability to multi-task and strong administration skills are welcomed to apply.
·       Independent and able to communicate efficiently in English.
·       Well versed in Ms Project, Powerpoint, Excel and similar softwares.
