About the Role
We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our Project Team, where you will be in charge of the execution of standby power generation and equipment in Data Center Projects.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers in organizing activities, tracking milestones, and coordinating resources for the data center project.
Maintain and update documentation, schedules, and reports, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage logistics for equipment delivery, installations, and extended shifts, including overtime coordination for tasks like genset load testing.
Act as a liaison for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating clear communication throughout the project.
Support technical tasks, risk identification, and data management to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning
Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects
