What do we need you to do?
Coordinate and execute all aspects of the project management cycle from start to finish to ensure quality and timely completion of the assigned projects.
Execute project management activities, especially monitoring the progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project cycle including work schedule planning, material requisition, inspection of construction work on site, etc., to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, and safety management.
Work collaboratively with internal and external parties involved in the projects, i.e., consultants, designers, contractors, government officials, etc.
Coordinate with consultants and designers to resolve all technical issues.
Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on the progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, and safety management.
Ensure quality work and compliance with the contract requirements, specifications, drawings, and standards.
Take charge of the safety of all materials and equipment at the site and take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury.
What do we need from you?
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other building-related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years working experience with a good track record in building construction and interior fit-out.
Good command ofEnglish in writing and speaking.
We prefer candidates who can converse in Mandarin to communicate better with many Mandarin-speaking subcontractors, but it is not mandatory.
Honest, good communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn and proactive.
