Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES  Work with Project Team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with internal team as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Performs other duties as assigned. SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT   Not less than 1 year experience in related field. Knowledge of computer will be essential. Good English speaking and written. Knowledge of production planning will be advantage.  ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT   Minimum Diploma holder in any field.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
