DescriptionIn our studio, the coordinator will support project management and operational activities across various departments and projects (both games and beyond games), ensuring seamless coordination and communication. This role offers a unique opportunity for cross-training, allowing the candidate to gain exposure to different organisational functions and develop a diverse skill set. This role is an entry-level position for those starting out their career and/or wishing to pivot their career into the games and game technology industry.
Key AccountabilitiesProject Scheduling and Coordination:Ability to independently and assertively coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:Ability to facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Documentation and Record Keeping:Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project and operational documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:Ability to identify and address potential project issues or bottlenecks, collaborating with team members to develop solutions.
