We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating IT projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT project management principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive tactical programs and objectives with existing alignment and scope defined.
Planning, tracking and execution of projects and programs with a focus on regular and timely delivery of value to customers.
Develop clear and concise technical documentation for IT software products and services, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, UAT script, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical concepts.
Translate technical information into easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, information design, and documentation tools.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and wikis.
Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input on documentation requirements and user experience.
Work closely with the Product Team lead to ensure that documentation accurately reflects product functionality and features.
Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering questions and providing guidance on technical documentation.
Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required.
Clearly communicate facts and insights on program progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues.
Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, drawio, or similar.
Familiarity with programming languages, APIs, and software development methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience creating visual aids (diagrams, screenshots).
